How do I become a host?
Create a host account in the app, pass the short qualification exam (80% to pass, unlimited retakes), then choose up to three preferred areas.
Who chooses the host?
The listing agent. Hosts tap “I’m interested” on open houses they can host, and the listing agent picks one from a ranked list.
How do visitors sign in?
During a live open house, the host taps Sign-in at the top right and hands the phone to visitors. Only a first name is required.
Who can see visitor sign-ins?
Only the host who ran the open house. They aren't shared with the listing agent, who sees visitor group counts only. Seller reports never include names or contact details.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile ▸ Delete account and confirm with your password. This permanently deletes your account and data.
